Current Character Description - Dieppe

You see a tall, slender elf with long wispy blond hair.He has a bright sheen around him, almost like a  halo, or a shiny layer of light surrounding his skin. He smiles at you, in a friendly, heart warming way, and offers you any help he can give. You look closer and see a Guardian patch on his sleeve!
