Current Character Description - Sangraal Kinslayer

I swear by Helm, the protector, Ilmater, Torm, and Dugmaren, and I take to witness all the gods and goddesses, to keep according to my ability and judgment, the following Oath and agreements: In every house where I come I will enter only for the good of my fellow man, keeping myself far from all intentional ill-doing. All that may come to my knowledge within the exercise of my art/studies or in daily commerce with men, which I ought not to be spread abroad, I will keep secret and will never reveal. If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life, practice my art and be respected by men at all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot, my life for yours.

Kefkabridge no more

Westbridge had a strong energy that hung in the air the days leading up to the Battle. The clan had banded together stronger than ever and had rallied at the hall to tell tales of adventure and debrief their fellow brother about what they had heard about the invading force.  The Order was Not only going to to show up and Defend the free people of Westbridge they would lead the attack.

Psycho had indeed led his troops into battle when Invasion Day came. Zekai, Marlo Variable, Psycho , Crovax, Sliver, Kaster and Lynk all defended and pushed the Vectorian lines back.  Original had led a second team of wizards, Galactus, Nydia, and Sangraal down below the city to investigate another finding. Vorcet's information to enter through the west was indeed valuable.  As the masses clogged up the north gate and market square the Order entered through the west gate and began cleaning the South and East gates of all Vectorian reinforcements.

After 20 minutes The Order had racked up more Vectorian bodies than the streets could handle and the Vectorian forces were quickly overrun by the flood of Auxiliary Radiant Heart Members. The fighting left many dead on both  sides, but the tides of war had turned in the favor of the  invading force.

The Lost Tome...

Sangraal bursts into the Grand Foyer of the High Hall nearly breathless. He furiously secures the doors behind him and quickly makes his way to the library on the second floor. He throws himself down into a chair. Blood begins to make a small pool on the floor from his many wounds. As he regains his breath Tsabicaran enters the room. Tsabicaran with a concerned face says, "Dear friend I heard the Grand Foyer doors slam and..." Quickly Tsabicaran rushes to the side of Sangraal and begins to heal his wounds. "My bag...it is in my bag," Sangraal says with a heavy breath. "Yes yes it can wait a moment. Please sit still and relax yourself," Tsabicaran says with true concern of his friends state, "We need to get you to the healing room now. Your wounds will mend but not without true proper care." Worried, Tsabicaran helps Sangraal up and walks him to the healing room where priests await to heal him further. As Sangraal is placed on the bed he jolts up and grabs Tsabicaran's arm, "The tome...it is in my bag," Sangraal says has his eyes begin to close..... Sangraal awakens with ease. "The tome Sangraal, where did you find it." Tsabicaran says in a soft voice. "Uh...the tome? Yes the tome! Did you find it?", Sangraals says with fright and concern. "Yes, but where did you find it?" "The Chamber of Intrigue...in the Shattered Keep II." "I see. Do not worry yourself any further my friend you will be fine. Now rest." "But..." Tsabicaran cuts him off saying, "Rest...That is an order." Sangraal nods and lets out a heavy sigh as he begins to fall back asleep.

Tones

Emalia had been in Westbridge for about a week. She had sat in Market Square, she had seen the people go by. She had talked to a few of them, and even come to be smitten by one. Still, her mother was not coming for her, nor her father. "They must really be content in order not even to miss me, she thought. Perhaps I'm just being selfish though. Perhaps I really should just go home and check on them and be certain that everything is ok."

Emalia stared at the fountain in Market Square, watching the spray spatter down into the water below. The sun's rays caught each drop, lighting the droplets in a gem-like brilliance. Maybe she would wait, just a few more moments.

Emalia leaned back on the bench, her eyes shifting from the water to her pack. It had grown heavier with the books given her by Sangraal. She slid one of the leather covered, violet books from the pack and ran a hand over the cover. "'Volume One.' This God must really be an egotist if he needs six volumes."

No one warned her of the power of the books. All she knew, is that once she started reading - she couldn't stop.
