Current Character Description - Loven Fortuna

A rather small teenage girl stands here bubbling over with energy and excitement.  Her dirty blond hair is lightly streaked blue and pinned up in a huge mess of tangles.  White gems sparkle throughout her hair in sync with her giggling.  Two green eyes shine out searchingly from a pale complexion littered with dirty smudges. A tattered black cloak is thrown haphazardly around this girl like rags with the ends poorly sewn up due to the long length of the cloak. A few clean baubbles can be seen strapped to her belt, contrasting sharply with her appearance.
