OOC commentary: The start of Arien's entry RP into Tripower. Fitting for a merchant! :)
Ror enters the pizza parlor and smiles as he spots Lady Shadoween.
Arien turns around and smiles as she sees that familiar face
You say ' Greetings Ms. Shadoween'
Arien says 'hello there young Ror Surion'
You say ' How are you today?'
Arien stands up and walks towards you, reaching out her hand to shake his
Ror takes Arien's hand and shakes it
Arien says 'i am doing very well, how you've been since we last met here?'
You say ' Busy, but good. Nothing to complain at least.'
Arien says 'it was you and.... a young wizzard.... Khalid, wasn't it?'
You say ' Last time? Indeed it was.'
Arien chuckles politely.
Ror motions to a table
You say ' Shall we sit down?'
Arien says 'he was following me around for a little bit, thinking i wouldn't notice'
Arien says 'absolutely'
You say ' Heh, flattering, creepy or both?'
Ror sits down at the mentioned table.
Arien utters some words and two beds of flowers grow out of the floor
Arien sits on a bed of flowers and rests.
Arien chuckles politely.
Arien says 'creey i would say'
Ror stands up and settles down on the other flower bed
Arien says 'not too surprising however'
You say ' Oh?'
Arien says 'i've met a few other podrikews who grew to be rather fond of me'
Arien says 'it's like i got a magnet in my poket'
Arien chuckles politely.
You say ' Really? That sounds like an interesting tale! But perhaps better shared at another time. I was looking for you with reason.'
Arien feels slightly silly over the magnet joke
Arien says 'how can i assist you young Ror?'
Arien winks at Tony, who brings her a glass of red wine
Ror chuckles at the 'young', but then continues, 'Well, I heard you used to be a merchant. Correct?'
Arien says 'very much so, indeed'
You say ' Still so?'
Arien says 'most certainly'
You nod.
Arien says 'i've rather retired, but it's like riding a horse, you never really forget'
You say ' Excellent. Have you heard by chance that the Tripower is looking for a new place in the Torregiano area to settle its hall?'
Arien says 'oh yes, a friend of mine happened to mention a few days ago'
You nod.
Arien says 'a sweet girl Tifa, perhaps you know her'
You say ' Tifa? Yes! She is one of my officers.'
Arien says 'we've battled and shared a few travels together'
Arien looks at you.
You nod sagely.
Arien says 'however'
Arien says 'what about the new hall?'
You say ' Well, we are looking for a suitable location for it. And we cooked up a plan that perhaps a person with a Merchantile background best help us out with that.'
You say ' And putting one and one together, I'm here to ask you about that.'
Arien says 'i don't have much experience in real estate, a few deals here and there, but it is not really my specialty'
Ror hms, the nods. 'Fair enough. May I ask what is?'
Arien says 'however, i'm willing to take a look'
You smile happily.
Arien says 'jewelry, precious stones, weapons'
Arien says 'equipment, somewhat'
You say ' What kind of precious stones do you deal in?'
Arien says 'anything from coal to diamonds'
You say ' Crystals?'
Arien says 'also'
Ror mulls, then nods again.
You say ' Alright, so you're willing to look for us? That'd be great.'
Arien says 'i can do that for you, sure, why not'
Arien says 'any specific area in Torregiano you have in mind?'
Arien says 'north, south...?'
You say ' Fairly central so people can easily find us I would say.'
Arien nods.
You say ' Of course my fiancee might have another opinion about it. So you could always ask Aneh Rhedginsa about further detail.'
Arien says 'this might be slightly difficult, but i'll see what i can do'
Arien says 'where do you suggest i could find her?'
Arien says 'what would be your size requirement?'
Arien says 'i might know a place that could come in handy, but i'm afraid it would be slightly too small'
You say ' She's about town in Westbridge from time to time. How small is small?'
Arien says 'merely 250 squaremeters'
Arien says 'divided between 3 floors'
You say ' Hm, that might be small yes. But we're aiming for for a tower like structure'

Arien sips on her red wine
Arien says 'do you happen to have a certain preference regarding the entrance?'
You say ' We were aiming for a small public section then beyond that the hall itself.'
Arien says 'sounds reasonable'
Arien says 'do you got a limit on how much you are willing to pay?'
You say ' I got to admit that my fiancee put most of the time into these plans than I have.'
You say ' For the spot?'
Arien nods.
You say ' We're the Tripower, we own Torregiano'
Arien chuckles politely.
Arien says 'right'
Arien says 'sorry, just a standard question...'
Arien chuckles politely.
You say ' Heh, no worries. '
Arien says 'are you also willing to demolish a building or renovate it?'
You say ' Whatever suits our purpose best.'
Arien says 'very well'
Arien says 'as finding a free empty slot in the middle of Torregiano is not possible'
You say ' We're trying to find the most optimal spot though without renovating or demolishing the least amount of space'
Arien says 'that's good to know'
You agree absolutely.
You say ' Is that enough information for the time being?'
Arien says 'what about the citizens? you willing to offer them living space in Torregiano, if we'd have to empty the building?'
You say ' In case of relocation? Yes, I do believe that would be the right thing to do.'
Arien nods.
Arien says 'I belive this information should be sufficient'
You smile happily.
You say ' Excellent.'
Ror Arien says 'in further questions i'll have a courier notify you'
You nod.
Arien drinks water from a magical spring.
You say ' Best addressed to both myself as Aneh'
Arien says 'i shall do so'

Ror stands up from the flower bed
