Log: 24122013 - DAQ, Ror and Aneh

OOC commentary: Three session roleplay between Aneh, Ror and DAQ. How DAQ awoke and joined the ranks of Tripower.

Plans

Meanwhile in Ror's office, Ror finished the last of the intel reports. The last one informing him that one of the esper tribes had a radical leadership change by murder. Keeping an eye on what remained of esper society here was something Ror valued. After all, Vector was always nearby. Always on the mind...

Done with his work for today, he stood up and started pacing around  his room while thinking. He found that walking around improved thought. He was brooding on something. Something which he had discussed with Aneh before, but still...

All life came from the lifestream and was energy. Magic too came from the lifestream and was energy. Espers, highly magical, consisted out of energy as well. Magitek and makou were ways of harnessing energy. In his mind he drew lines between the facts, spinning a web of relations. Everything came from the same source. So then, he thought, so are you, Kefka.

It was a devious plan, one that had worried Aneh, but Ror had good faith in it as it was in essence fairly simple. After he had acquired many pieces of Kefka's armour, he and Psycho found out there was more to them than met the eye. Kefka had somehow latched onto them. And to prevent the bloody armour from re-assembling, Ror had boxed and locked away every  piece separately and put under 24 hours surveillance. Safe and sound in the Tripower, but yet, it was a temporary fix. A final solution needed to be found. He had tried to destroy one piece, but it had been an extremely  tough deal. A dangerous deal.

But there is a way, thought Ror, Kefka's soul is not the problem, but the key to the solution. Lifeforce is energy, and Kefka's power was stolen from the espers. All I need to do, is to take back what was never his...

He stopped before the map of Cruoris and narrowed his eyes when they fell on the Vectorian Empire on the map. When I have back what you stole, Ror thought, I will annihalate Vector along with ever man, woman and child that supports it. There shall be no quarter...

A knock on the door broke Ror's concentration and the rage ebbed quickly away. Fixing his composure, he said, "Enter." And the door swung open, revealing a young recruit.

"Sir! It is I, sir, Robin? " said the boy slightly nervous.

Ror waved his hand in the go-on-go-on motion and Robin explained he  had been assigned to watching the DAQ in the basement during Rors shifts. Ah yes, thought Ror, "In case something changed, " interjected Ror. The boy nodded and Ror smiled. "Finally. " He took his coat off the peg and stepped past the boy into the hallway. "Well, what are you waiting for? Tag along and give me your report as we walk to the lab. I don't have all day, you know. "

The young recruit gulped, "Yes, yes, sir! " And hastened after Ror.

Come Alive

nnnnRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

The makou light in Ror's office flickered. "What the... " said Ror and he nearly fell off his chair as the room rocked on its foundation.

Aneh! The thought flashed through Ror's mind and before he knew it, he was out of his chair and running down the hallway. He sensed mixed signals coming from his fiancee. There was a lot of emotion and fear.

He yelled to the guards to follow him as he ran past them.

It took forever to get to the lab.

Why was the lab so far away?

Was it always this far?

Skipping half the steps on the stairway, Ror rushed to the entrance of the laboratory. There was a lot of smoke, rubble and personnel yelling.  "Evacuate and help these people, " commanded Ror before pushing himself through the small crowd of researchers towards Aneh, asking, "What happened? " And spotting the remains of an once sturdy lab door to the left of him, Ror put his arm around his fiancee in protection. Taking a deep breath, Aneh put her hand on his arm. "Well, I hope life happened... Look... "

"I see a destroyed laboratory, not to mentioned scared and wounded people... And the giant armour that... "
Ror fell silent. In the center of the wrecked laboratory, was indeed the armour that... It moved! Its arm went up and the helmet down as if it was studying its own gauntlet.

It was alive.

He knew it. Aneh knew it.

For a split second he thought, it worked! Then there was a tsunami of thoughts and risk analysis.

This thing had blown up his laboratory. It could harm them...

Still, it was strange and fascinating to see an idea come alive, literally....

He felt a tugging motion on his sleeve, "I have to talk to... Him... Her... " said Aneh, "I think him... "

Despite warning to be cautious, Ror quickly found himself in between the armour and his fiancee, functioning as her living shield.

As they approached, the helmet slightly turned to follow them....

Will there be life?

Aneh looked down at her hands. She silently chided herself on paying more attention and placed her hands on her belly. The child within knew her limitations better than she did. She took some time to meditate and center herself before she rose from her quiet place within the Tripower Hall. One last push. That's what she had said. She would make it true. She had employed several tripower liches to aid in this process. She wanted no more chances.

Aneh sent a young recruit to gather her team members and made her way to the lab. She took some time to look down on the stones. She had so many feelings about these stones. They were so... odd, so full of life. But that seemed an impossibility. It was just magic, wasn't it? Was it her own wishful thinking that something deeper could be at play here? Maybe it was her out of control hormones that were playing tricks on her. Aneh's team started filtering in, taking up their positions and starting their work. The time was now, she knew, and she turned to her team.

'This is it, guys. After this we will go directly to the suit and we will start the final processes. Everyone will be working through until this is complete. I hope you all are well rested because no one leaves until we are done.'
Aneh looked at each of her team members for any signs that they weren't in this for the long haul. Seeing none, she nodded and turned to the stones.
'Let's begin,' she said. Aneh filtered her magic through two of the stones, much like she had before. She closed her eyes and let the process overtake her, becoming one with the process and melding her magic and life force with the stones. When the stones duplicated, Aneh stepped back. She motioned for her team to move in, and watched, her eyes still glowing from the interaction with the materia, as the grand suit was rolled forward by several men. Tripower Wizards came forward, magic trinkets in hand and liches followed, one for every wizard. Aneh nodded quietly as she, alone took each stone and placed it in its proper setting within the suit. One in each knee joint, one at each shoulder, one where a human heart would be, and one, the original mastered stone, where a human brain would be. Six stones. There was one more setting at the back, and that was for the item that would bind this all together. Aneh nodded to a young wizard who brought a jet black object forward. It looked like a simple stone, but for weeks now, it had been infused with spells and magicks of the Tripower Wizards, more delicate and purposeful than the mechanical workings of the suit its self.  Aneh watched carefully as it was placed in its setting and after a deep breath, she nodded.

Chanting began from liches and wizards alike, and Aneh stood directly in front of the suit, with her team fanned out behind. She watched the eyes of the suit, as if they were a real live mans, waiting for the being to 'wake'.
'The world is waiting for you,' Aneh whispered, a soft smile playing on her lips as her team frantically wove their spells. Aneh reached out to the stone that was where the heart should be. She allowed her magic to flow into the stone, her eyes glowing a bit more as the link was formed, visible magic and life essence flowing from one stone, to another, forming a complete link. Men stood by, closing up the suit as Aneh stepped back, breaking her connection to the flow, and allowing it to stand on its own.
'Come on, I know you're in there,' she whispered...

Log: 18082013 - Ror and Aneh

OOC commentary: A piece of roleplay Ror and Aneh worked towards: the birth of the DAQ. Part of this roleplay was written about in RP notes, but not all of it.

Progress

Aneh gave a nod to her assistant as she stood in front of the glass case holding almost identical stones of materia. Her assistant stood at the ready, already beginning to weave her spell of replenishment. Aneh frowned a bit and held up a hand, halting her assistant as she spied the entry of one of the guards. She motioned the guard forward having him halt at the edge of the safety circle. 'What is it?' Aneh asked, her frown still in place. 'You've been promoted Ma'am,' the guard stated. Aneh raised a brow, tilting her head, 'Oh?' Aneh listened to the report the guard gave on Mason, her frown running deeper. Damn, was all she could think. Damn him, and Damn Vector. When the guard told Aneh she had been promoted to leader, Aneh's only response was a curt, tight lipped nod. Forcing herself to breathe evenly, Aneh brought her thoughts back to the present and she murmured a dismissal to the guard.

Aneh swung her eyes back to the case in front of her. She dismissed her assistant and grabbed a stone firmly in each hand. Before she could even second guess her decision she let her energy burst into the stones. She quickly clapped the stones together forming one continuous loop of energy which she quickly built and built, higher and higher, her entire body heating up.

Aneh's assistant quickly left the safety circle, her eyes wide as she felt the force of the energy flow that Aneh was using. Aneh let all of her anger and frustration build the energy she focused into the stones. Her eyes fluttered closed somewhere in the process and she pried them back open, feeling the glow that radiated from them. She felt every hot breath that escaped her lips and every pulse of energy that flowed into one hand, up her arm, swirling frantically through her body and rush down into her other hand and the stone it held. She tensed as a flutter began in her stomach and she stopped pushing, allowing the frantic flood of magic to continue. She was extremely aware of the heat that built in the stones, linked to the heat that built in her stomach. Her eyes stared into the stones, seeing not their current form, but what was within, the essence they held. Aneh glimpsed the life that had lived. She felt what that soul had felt. She experienced the life of the soul in a few beats of her own heart, and in some way shared her own frustration, pain, and love with the soul. Aneh's assistant felt a waver in the energy and against her dismissal from the circle, she re-entered, uttering words of replenishment. The flow became steady once again.

The heat of the stones grew, and Aneh let out a loud cry, so deep in the sharing of the moment was she that she had not realized the stones were burning the palms of her hands. The fluttering in her stomach made her ill and she hastily dropped the stones, just in time as a brilliant green light filled the immediate area. The stones cracked and split, and Aneh leaned to the side, promptly expelling the entire contents of her stomach on the polished floor. She held her hands upward, their blistered palms pulsing with pain.
Mentally Aneh reprimanded herself. She stood up straight, ignoring the pain in her hands as she looked down upon the stones piled on the silken material and felt a weight of responsibility settle around her shoulders. 'Shall I call for the healer?' her assistant asked, obviously unsure of herself with the way Aneh was acting. Aneh peeled her eyes away from the now four stones and looked over to the lich.

'Thank you for stepping in,' Aneh murmured to her assistant, ignoring the question of the healer. 'One more push and we should be ready to move forward.' Aneh slumped a bit, and curled her burnt and blistered hands into fists. 'There are matters I need to see to. Please see that everything gets closed up.' Without waiting for a response, Aneh marched from the room.

The End Is Where We Begin I/II

An officer stood before Ror's desk. Hands on his back, waiting. Behind the desk Ror was studying a six page internal report. There was a frown on the elf's face as he read the report carefully, and with each page the frown turned deeper. When he was done, he tossed the report on his desk and sighed, squeezing the bridge of his nose with two fingers.

"Sir?" Asked the officer, and Ror raised his hand only to drop it back onto the leather armchair. After a moment, he let go of his nosebridge and eyed the report on the table. "So...  Mason has been dealing with Vector..." The officer looked down at the report and then said, "Sir, there's more than that: allegations of corruption, power abuse, general negligence of duties..."
"I already knew Mason was incompetent," interjected Ror. "But that's something else than being a traitor." The officer fell silent, then curtly nodded. Ror waited, and let this sink in a bit. The officer forced to wait with him. After some time Ror made his decision and opened a desk drawer. Inside were two black leather gloves. He took them out and put the first of two on before the other. It was a tight fit. As he stood up, the officer said, "Sir?"

Ror ignored him for a moment as he took a black coat from the coatstand and wore it. Before exiting his office, he turned and said to the officer,
"Tell Aneh she's been promoted to leadership. I'll deal with Mason." Ror's face was grim and serious. He closed the door behind him, leaving a saluting officer behind in his office.

The halls of the Tripower were silent as the lone figure of Mason skulked through them, until he eventually encountered clan guards.  Ror watched from the shadows the display of bloody violence as Mason found his deserved end at the hands of the instructed guards.

On this world all life is connected to the Lifestream. In a way life itself borrows its existence from the Lifestream, to collect experiences and then - upon death - to return. Something Ror, as sage and as expert on this topic, was well aware of.

And so, as the first sword stabs pierced Mason, Ror stepped forth from the shadows behind Mason. Ror's dark cloak billowing and his eyes glowing a sinister blue from the magic he cast. A strange device like half a pair of glasses was on his face, and in his gloved hands a long metal chain. The chain swooped through the air and at its end was a crystal container. As Ror summoned magical energies, it started to spark. And in Mason's dying moment, Ror tore Mason's soul away from Mason's body and trapped it into the magical container.

The guards had stopped stabbing and now watched Ror finish the last of his druidic incantations. The magic made their neckhairs stand up. They were reluctant to act, allowing a large pool of blood to form around the corpse.

Checking on Progress

Aneh sat deep in thought as the last of her team left the lab for the day. She had felt whispers of... something from the materia as they tested it. Maybe she was just imagining it. Sometimes she thought she was imagining things. Strange feelings she would get. This one though, she had been so sure.

Aneh let her eyes stray to the glass case that held the materia, now two identical pieces, though one obviously stronger than the other. She slowly walked to the case and placed her fingertips on it, caressing the curve of the glass. She thought of where this project was going and a smile came to her lips. She felt a surge of something that was not of her thoughts and took a small step back from the case, expelling a harsh breath.

"Well. Hello there," she murmured with a chuckle. She pushed a button to raise the glass and placed a hand gently on each stone. She curiously channeled her energy into the stones and felt the warmth from deep inside as a response. It enveloped her with its glow and she regretfully released the stones. Tomorrow. They had done enough tonight, and she didn't want to push too hard. Tomorrow she and her team would experience this together. Leaving the lab, Aneh's thoughts trailed towards the mechanical side of things. The plans has been finished and she had approved them. They had started creating the pieces and Aneh had periodically checked in on them. It was like a giant puzzle that she saw no possible solution to.

Springs and wires and gears and plates all made of types of durable metal, and each crafted with extreme care. All for one purpose. She whistled a little tune as she entered the room where the suit was being assembled. It looked almost like a skeleton, the way they had it right now, with funny looking chains and wires connecting different parts. The legs were assembled, their sleek polished surface gleaming bright and metallic. She studied it from afar, critically thinking about how the joints would be able to move. Her thoughts slipped to Ror, and a smile came to her face. He would be pleased. They had fallen a little behind but things were moving smoothly now, and tomorrow would be a big test to see how far they could push in a short time they had left in the deadline she wanted to reach. There were still some major walls to scale and she couldn't let her mind wander too far into other matters just yet.

Focusing on Materia

Aneh looked to her assistant and smiled at the young woman. 'Are you ready to see?' she asked the woman. A nod was the only response she got, and everything fell quiet as Aneh pushed the button to raise the glass lid on the single smooth stone that lay on a bed of velvety material in front of her. She bit her lip and studied the stone, searching for signs of life or energy that she could mentally latch on to. Her hand hovered above the stone, and her eyes followed the pattern of its colors. Light pink swirled through bright green, making the stone look cloudy. She felt a pull on her subconscious. A whisper of a deep laugh that wasn't really there. Aneh closed her eyes and followed the laugh, allowing herself to open to the solid form of lifestream before her. It was like uttering a spell, you just let that magical part of you flow, but instead of putting it into a spell, she let it flow right into the stone before her, filling the stone, echoing its magical properties, absorbing the waves of energy and sending it right back. Her assistant whispered words over and over, supporting Aneh with her own magic, feeding it into Aneh to allow her to continue. Aneh opened her eyes and looked around, seeing the room and all of her crew through clouded eyes, the edges distorted as if the vision wasn't hers, as if she was looking through a glass of clouded water.

A smile came to her face as she felt the laughter, more than saw it. She closed her fingers around the stone, hearing her assistant chant a bit louder. She knew this was taking a toll that she didn't quite feel yet, but the end result would be worth it. She pushed her energy into the stone, forcing it to take more than it would normally channel, expanding its limits more and more each minute. Her assistant chanted her magic words louder, and Aneh pushed just a bit harder, feeling the stone heat beneath her hand. The room filled with a soft green and glow with pink shimmers of light that all radiated out from the stone, escaping between Aneh's fingers and becoming so bright that most of her crew closed their eyes.

Aneh gave one final push to the stone, stretching its channeling limits and hers almost to the breaking point, and felt heat begin to stir in her belly. She gasped lightly and took a step back, her hand releasing the stone just as it began to shudder and moving protectively to her stomach. The stone crackled and shook, the pink light dancing through the green glow. Aneh closed her eyes, but in her mind she saw it all,the stone duplicating, crackling and shimmering as one became two. Energy flowed between the two stones as Aneh reined her own energy in. Her lich assistant, drained, held on to a nearby counter for support and Aneh vaguely wondered if it would have been wise to have more than just one. She would know better for future sessions. Hearing the laughter again, Aneh looked down upon the two stones, her eyes shining with pride and excitement. The stone, in its duplication had changed. There was a light blue swirl at the center of both stones, almost invisible in the clouded texture. Exhausted, Aneh closed the case. After a lengthy discussion on adjustments in the process to make it easier, walked out of the lab, leaving her assistant to shut it down.

Plans in motion

'I was thinking about mobility. We need high mobility. Obviously we won't be able to make it just like a human... Or a gnome, but we want it to be as mobile as possible. Swing a sword, do jumping jacks, run, that sort of thing.' Aneh looked over to the gnome and raised a brow. He was looking skeptically over her crude drawings and did not look pleased. She should have expected that. What self respecting gnome would ever take engineering advice from a human, let alone an untrained human.
'You just leave it to me! Leave it to me! You try to make it hard, it's easy easy,' the little gnome said, after the short pause. He gathered up all of Aneh's papers, keeping a single one that was a report on acceptable and available materials she had gathered after speaking with a fellow team member that Ror had given her to use. 'I know you'll do great work. I want to meet with the whole team together again in two weeks. Is that too fast for you?' Aneh smiled at the cross look she received. She winked to the gnome and tucked her papers back into their book, leaving him the one he wished. She knew it by heart, and the one who created it of course had a copy. Stepping out of the toy store Aneh took a deep breath of the fresh air. Life was good, and the project was moving along smoothly. Of course, she wouldn't expect complications until everything started being put together... That's when the real troubles would start! Or maybe once the gnome found out his materials were being made by a dwarf... If this all worked though, he would be compensated enough to accept it, she was sure. Aneh murmured words of transportation, marveling at how far she had come in her use of her own magic in such a short period of time. Arriving at the Tripower Hall, Aneh marched to the research wing. She wanted to get a peek at recently recovered material they were testing for this project.

Log: 25062013 - Ror and Arien

OOC commentary: Succesfully got Arien to roleplay!  First time she and Ror met...  was it?

Searching for Lifestream

Aneh kept a tight reign on her Chocobo. This path felt eerie, and she didn't want the beast getting spooked. She kept her eyes peeled as she climbed higher up the mountain path. A loud buzzing came roaring down upon her from behind. Aneh turned her head just in time to tumble off her mount. A giant bug had nearly taken her head off. Aneh closed her eyes, trying to communicate with the creature. All she felt was territorial aggression. Aneh watched the giant mosquito like creature circle overhead and come down for another swoop.
'SHIT' she thought, diving away once more. Aneh scrambled to her feet and uttered words of nature, calling on the mass of insects around her, hoping this would work. She had never encountered such a beast before! The mass of insects formed a black swirling vortex around Aneh. She shot her hands out towards the giant mosquito, urging her friends to attack it. She watched as the creature was devoured in mid-flight and felt a moment of panic as she hastily brushed herself off. She should have brought a team member. What was she thinking? She looked down at herself making sure she was in working order.
She looked around for her Chocobo and was frustrated to find the beast to have abandoned her. She was just having a general bad day. Whatever. Determined to go farther, Aneh uttered words of invisibility, fading herself out of view before trudging farther up the mountain path, being careful to go around any further native beasts she found along the way. She had heard there were places among these mountains where you could literally see the lifestream erupting in springs directly from the ground. If she could monitor that, maybe get a feel for it, she could further her research. With this thought in mind, Aneh entered a cave opening that led into the mountain, watching her step. It was close, she could feel it, like a pulse.

Interesting Reading

Aneh looked at the thick stack of books on her lap and frowned deeply. What was Ror trying to do to her, giving her all of this. He had to know how excited she was, and to put her in a stack of books? Her brows drew together as she flicked the cover of the first book open. She gave a hefty sigh and dug into the material.

Hours and Hours... and Hours Later...

Aneh flipped open a previous book, cross referencing something she had read on Podrikevs with something she had read earlier on magitek armor. She now had four books open in front of her, none of them finished. She stopped reading and laughed a bit at her own excitement. Maybe Ror did know what he was doing after all. She lowered her head and followed more lines of text, anxious to figure out if this particular passage had what she was looking for.

The next day...

Aneh looked at her mess of notes, still groggy from sleep. A yawn was forced down as she focused on the bit about materia. She remembered reading about the lifestream. It holds memories and feelings... Basically imprints of everything that had ever lived. So Materia must do the same, obviously. She mulled over this as she picked up an apple from the table. Her thoughts drifted to Ror, wondering if he was thinking what this reasearch was making her think... She picked up a book on magitek armor and began to back-track to a passage she had read earlier. She settled down with her apple and books to continue her research, ideas clicking in her head.

A day later...

Aneh wandered into the gnome's shop, eyes wandering around at all the silly mechanisms she saw there. This was going to be the most entertaining conversation.... She felt instantly cheerful as the gnomish toy maker greeted her with his spiked hair and angled features. He was so short. Aneh grinned in greeting and leaned against the counter, and tossing the gnome a flirtatious wink.
'I just know that you can help me...'

Finally...

Aneh woke in the morning, excitement filling her. It was so hard to keep things from him, but she wanted to deliver her findings all at once, and see what he thought. She rushed downstairs and pulled out her notes, ainstantly re-reading the report she was to make to Ror.

Current Character Description - Aneh Rhedginsa

Deep sea green eyes are framed by a line of diamond studs that have been embedded into the skin where the  eyebrows  normally would be. The line of diamond studs  meets up with a line of shiny onyx studs that runs  along her high cheekbones. The two lines of studs merge and alternate their pattern as they arch high  up, growing  smaller and coming to a stop at  the line of her hair. Two deep dimples near the corners of womans mouth are marked  with diamond studs as well. Another line of onyx studs flows  from behind her ears and goes down the neck, trailing across her collar bone.

White streaks run through  black waves of hair which  fall down just to a set of thin shoulders, ending in a natural chopped kind of cut. Her locks have been styled to look a bit stringy, giving her hair a sort of untamed look.

Aneh's slim figure is encased in a dark blue uniform. Silver buttons line the front of the jacket which is trimmed  in slender soft cords of red  and a brighter color of blue. Darker red threads run along the cuffs and the short upturned collar of the uniform. Her feet are encased in polished black boots which disappear under the slim dark blue breeches.

First Day!

Aneh couldn't sleep. She just couldn't. How could you sleep that first night, knowing every day from this point on would be important and life changing. Maybe it was the newness of it all. She slipped out of bed, glancing over at the empty spot beside hers. He must have worked overnight, she thought before moving to the closet. She murmured soft words of magic, creating a ball of soft glowing light to aid her in her mission which she placed on a stand nearby. Her shaking hands took her uniform from where it hung so neatly in the closet. She laid it over the chair and stared at it for a long moment before allowing her fingers to run over the rough material. She caressed a silver button, her breath catching in her throat as she thought of all the responsibility that came with the uniform.

Tenderly taking the uniform from the hanger Aneh dressed herself, only then turning to the mirror to view her reflection. She ran her fingers through her short hair and turned first to the right, and then to the left, looking for any flaws in the reflection. She lifted her chin a bit higher and set her shoulders back. Her fingers tugged at the bottom of the uniform jacket, straightening it a bit as she faced her reflection head on. Peace filled her heart and she let out a breath she had been holding. Good lord she looked good in this uniform. She did a few childish combat moves, swishing her arm thorough the air this way and that before she began feeling foolish for her indulgence. Once more she smoothed down the uniform over her slim figure. She gave her reflection a short not before exiting the room. She would be extremely early, but she couldn't help it. There was no point in laying there useless. May as well be productive.

She stepped outside the home and called for her new Chocobo. Its odd beauty made her smile as she clucked her tongue and nuzzled it. "Let's go to work, shall we little one?" she asked the beast, smiling as she hopped onto it's back. Taking up the reins she pointed the beast in a direction it already seemed to know. She let the chocobo set its own speed to carry her quickly to her destination.

Strange Encounter

Aneh sat along the top of the bench, watching the foot traffic as it passed by. A slight frown settled across her face as her eyes stared blankly in one direction. Something wasn't right in the world. She didn't like it. But what was there to do about it? She had no proof anything was going on, really... A chill ran up her spine as she remembered the feeling of being watched the other day at the bakery.

Aneh focused on a small child that had been staring at her, shaking off her problems for the moment. The wide eyed child seemed rooted in place and Aneh felt a tug from somewhere deep inside of her. Something about the child was special but she couldn't quite place what. The child felt familiar, but Aneh knew she had never met the girl before. Aneh rose from the bench and approached the child who stared openly.
"What's your name child," Aneh asked softly, kneeling a foot away from the child. The child swallowed hard and reached a hand out, running her fingers over the odd studs that framed Aneh's features. Aneh closed her eyes at the touch, her world inwardly rocked with feelings innocently transfered from the child to her. She missed the child's name in the mass confusion inside her mind, and barely noticed as a worried parent came to take the hand of the child. "What do you think you are doing??" Aneh heard from the angry parent, as if she was under water. She shook her head to clear it, unable to fully regain her own senses. She sat back on the road, unable to move for a moment as the child was hauled away by the worried mother.

Aneh slowly stood after a few moments, her mind and vision finally clearing. The mother and child were gone, and Aneh was left alone in the dusty roadway, thoroughly confused about the encounter.

An array of thin bracelets of the same variation cover both wrists for several inches.

Her armor is  made of leather, dyed a rich  black with silver accent threads, and consists of a short bustier that hugs the curves of her bosom and a short yet loose skirt  made from many straps of leather, allowing free movement that rides low on this woman's hips.

Her belly button is pierced in an odd way, with a mechanical looking black spider attached at the center, its  long legs digging slightly into the  flesh of her  flat  stomach.  The eyes  of the  spider are flawless diamonds, it's fangs made of shiny onyx.

Flat heeled traveling boots encase her slender feet, made from black leather with  straps securing  them snug  to her athletic  calves. A ragged scar mars the inside of her right thigh, starting at the knee and disappearing underneath the short skirt.

Letter of Intent

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to show my deep interest in officially joining the forces of The Tripower. My name is Aneh Rhedginsa and perhaps as of right now I am no one of real note. I have a troubled past, much of which I do not remember. I will not bore you with details that are unimportant, but I will say this: I am ready to serve the Tripower in any way that I can. I am loyal to the Tripower and will remain so, doing everything in my power to accomplish any assignment or mission that is given to me should I be accepted among your ranks.

I would very much like to be involved in the field of research for the Tripower and while I have little documented experience, I know that should I be given half a chance to prove myself, you will not be disappointed. Please allow me to prove myself to be the valuable asset that I know I can be.
