Resupply

"We are proud to count you two amongst us as brothers, and I cannot stress enough how appropriate is your timing."

Relic stood in the middle of a hallway on the second floor in the Eastern Wing of the great stone Keep of which he was now a leader. The idea, although several months old, had still not completely taken root in his mind; though he had been doing all he felt he could lately despite the hard times upon him and his brothers.

Before him was a collaboration of two others with whom he shared leadership as well as two recently initiated into the brotherhood. Though they were new, they were very old acquaintances of his, and he counted himself  lucky to share a common vision with them once again. It was to these  inidividuals, Akihiro and Maezura, to which he now spoke.

"Do not think I mean to speak lightly of the honor we recieve your presence with, however understand that you've come during trying times. There is much going on, much to be done... And we musn't waste any time."

Maezura, an elf, lithe of figure, yet taller than Relic raised an eyebrow.  "Waste time? Doing what?"

"I do not wish to rush traditions, yet we must find out where you are to be placed amongst the ranks. You, Maezura, we have been talking about long before you came to us, and certainly long before we knew you would. We have a place we think you would fit well. As for you, Akihiro, we are still undecided, however, over the next few days I do not doubt we will be able to decide. We have already witness some of what you can do."

Akihiro nodded his large head, not saying a word.

"I know you have questions, but all will become clear soon enough. First  we must proceed with our sectioning." Relic nodded to Akihiro and Maezura  in turn. "If you don't mind, however, I would now have words with my  peers."

As they two turned to leave, Vandalandius, a monstrous Titan of a priest spoke up, "By the way... Welcome to the oranization" and let them depart, a grin on his face.

Dimitri, a tall elf wearing a simple robe who nonetheless exuded a demeanor  of power, turned to Relic as the other two departed, a look of amusement  in his eyes. "We've found something."

The Titan nodded his head in agreement. "You're gonna like this too..."  Relic raised an eyebrow. "Well, I'm interested now... What've you got?" Vandalandius was the first to answer. "A junkyard."

Eyebrow still cocked Relic responded critically, "A... Junkyard? Of what sorts? Doesn't sound too promising..."

Smirking, Vandalandius said, "A Dwarven junkyard. An ancient... Dwarven  junkyard." Though Relic could tell this was not the full story. "And what did you find there?"

Vandalandius looked to Dimitri who responded in a serious tone, "Shells... Podrikev shells."

Relic was startled; this was indeed a rare find. "Does anyone else know?  Can you use them?"

The Titan nodded his head while the other shook his. This was all the information Relic needed. "We need to get to work..."

Death's Grasp

Maezura sat under the cover of darkness, staring into the distance. The streets of  Makou  City is deserted  as dusk set in. A platinum coin rolled across the shade's knuckles as he mused about the events in recent days. He knew The Order would come for him. He had spotted three of their acolytes today amongst the crowd.

When the night was darkest, the shade moved quickly through the city's alleyways before reaching a stone pathway barred off by a large wooden door reinforced by mithril. Ravens perched along the walls, staring quietly in the dead of the night. The door opened without resistance and Maezura stepped deeper into the darkness of the keep.

The tunnels ran deep with both ends flanked  by portcullises that would drop, trapping invaders. Maezura banked to the west at the end of the tunnel. The walls in the foyer  reached skyward with a large silk banner displayed across the back wall of the room.

"Skulls everywhere I go. Heh."

Maezura reached into his pocket, retrieving a platinum coin branded with a skull and hourglass on each side. The opposite end of the room stood an elf wearing plain robes.  Maezura tossed the coin at the elf, catching with ease. A quick glance of the coin, and  the elf nodded at the shade.

The occupants of the keep appeared from the corners of the room, blocking the entrance. Maezura recognized the two that flanked the plainly robed elf. Relic and Dinin showed a relaxed composure as they stood by. The room was silent as a single word was uttered:

"Welcome."

Current Character Description - Maezura Kylin'tar

Murky white eyes peer from under the black and crimson rimmed hood of the lithe figure before you. The shadows itself flit about endlessly upon his grey skin as if they were part of him. The rest of his body is clad in dark leather armour with the vestiges of crimson and maroon. His arms hang loosely next to the hilts of a pair of weapons; a dagger and a blade twice the dagger's length.

To love!

Pheniox had a few questions about himself how could I ever be with the love of my life being enemies?  How could I make this right?  There must be a way!  And just like that I was gone.  With the only thing left was a rose to my true love.  Back in the Order of the Long Death I tore open the doors looking for Maezura the Harbringer.  I found him sparring with Grendle the dummy.  I could see Sweat across this elfs brow you could tell he has there for awhile awhile.  But when Lord Pheniox entered he stopped at once.  Looking at the gash of his mouth he knew he couldn't talk.  Pheniox handed him a note that read:

I have found love outside of these walls and death does not excite me as it once  did for so many years. I hereby Renounce my crown.

Maezura the elf nodded in approval spoke a few words that sounded like "good luck friend may the force be  with you." With that I took my leave never looking back at the elf.

Moving to the next Lord of the Order I had to find Rahvin the Elkhunter. The brutual Platoon Commander of the  Halforcs. I found him at the Pathosis Vault cutting his cave  bear up and making steaks for food. Rahvin and I have never seen eye to eye. So I knew it would be a fight if I didn't  say the right things. So I gathered my thoughts and burst into the room and Ventriloquated on myself so i could talk.

"I have found love in the enemy. The person who we are sworn to hate. I have tried to kill her but  being with her for so long in the battle field facing eachother I couldn't help it but to have  strong feelings for her.For i have truly fallen in Love and can't take it being without her for so long."

With that being said I've never felt so alone in this world. for Rahvin turned his back on me and  left the room without saying a single thing. But  i knew in my heart I would be free to seek my love  to be with her for all eternity.

Meditation

Sunshine streamed in through skylights. Ror was sitting at the edge of a brook amidst leafy green plants. Cross-legged and with his eyes closed, the elf was meditating.

A bar. Phil's. Conversational tatters.

"...I am not the only one apparently..."

- "...No... no, you are not...."

- "...a file on me, probably from the TriPower..."

"... back from life?"

- "...It cuts me off...I have no memories....Something keeps sending me back...."

The bracelet. So peculiar.

- "...awareness... must persist after death."

The image of Thasmudyan flickered in and out of existence, his mouth moving, but what was he saying?

- "Ever since I can remember.... hazy..."

The image flickered again.

- "...a daughter of mine is in danger..."

Sanria's voice, "Thasmudyan doesn't want you raising his daughter."

"Rrrrrorrrrr-rrr."

The voice changed, and had an edge to it, an edge that wanted to kill.

"Thasmudyan's other lover...Concieved Nioma the day Lyvinnia was concieved."

A tavern. Ror saw himself sipping from tea.

"Lloth still awaits you after death?"

Two voices.

- "... A lot to do with it. Almost everything...I betrayed her... Before this guise..."

Market Square. Ror was talking to Rahvin and Maezura.

"And there you have it, Master Surion. In a nutshell, we seek to prolong death as long as possible..."

The world twisted away again.

- "...To learn the lifestram I presume. My daughter.... Able to tap right in."

Thasmudyan.

- "It's ...complicated, yes."

"I'll ask no more."

- "Thanks for that."

The angry yelling.

"...better stay the HELL AWAY from LYVINNIA!'

It was sinister.

"...Closer than anyone...To perminant death...Real death, everlasting death..."

Ror's eyes opened. Meditation was over. Placing his hand in support on the grass in front of him, he swore under his own breath,

"Shit."

diary of a mad man in prison part 1

The bells went off in my head like a warning siren guiding a person to a bomb shed.  I must flee.  I must get out now but where was I, how was I going to go?  My church had failed me.  My church had failed me how the fuck did the church of Strife fail thee Rosso Aposso!  How is it possible for such an awesome god to just give in.  To fail under pressure of a new cause, of a new hope.  What was the hope I thought to myself study in the life of death?  Isn't that what the followers of Cyric did?  Kill people for the lust, for the joy, for the real god Cyric?  That is what I had thought all along.  Could the research of the death be just a church in disguise for the followers to go to when the One had left them all alone.  Of course not!  Cyric had failed me for the last time

Upon muttering those words a great beam of light came from the sky came down and knocked Rosso out cold. When he awoke he was in the billets of the long death campground. Maezura was studying the affects the blow had on my skull by putting tokens and different ointments on him trying to see what the adverse affects were. I woke with a start when he started to desecrate on my face! Seeing what that would do sure enough woke me right up. But I was dazed and confused I had no idea where I was or who I thought I knew. I learned to walk again learn to fight, learn to summon great powerful swarms of rocks stronger then I ever could have before. But I did not know whom I was just that I was some powerful wizard. I had these items of clothes on. I didn't know who I was. So I labeled them with people I've seen in the past just the people I could only remember in the wizard training area while I was learning to cast.
